Ordering procedures:
- Order
- Email us the product name and quantity
- BB Bump Shop will check the stock availability and reply you with the amount to be paid.

- Payment
- Payment to be made via POSB/DBS Internet banking or ATM transfer.
- Payment made via other banks will take 2-3 business days for receipt of payment.
- Please email us with payment transaction reference number once payment is made.
- Shipping
- Order will be mailed the next working day (Mon to Fri) via normal postage, once payment is received.
- All items will be checked for defects before posting.
- We will not be held liable for lost of mail through normal mail postage.
- For added security, you may wish to opt for registered mail which cost an additional of SGD$2.24
